I've had some good luck and some bad luck working in my original profession of landscape architecture. One time, when my luck was dry, I found art. Moving from designing landscapes and gardens to painting them ended up being a natural transition.

For me, art is only part of the story for the viewer. I hope that when you experience my art, you are able to fill in the blanks based on how it makes you feel and what memories come to mind. I sit a long time with each piece and name it in a way that offers a beginning.
