Interested in a commission?
Marguerite’s commission process invites you in to her process and work as an artist. Working with her throughout the process means you get to see initial sketches, concepts, and color palettes before the final piece is started. You even get to keep some of the conceptual work, which is a meaningful attribute to the experience or makes a great gift of original art to a friend.
COMMISSION FAQ
-
The commission cost depends on the size and time involved to create the final piece. In general, Marguerite doesn’t do commissions less than 24” in size. Those pieces can start around $500.
-
The commission process begins with a conversation about what you are looking for in a piece of art. Some often have a few of Marguerite’s past work in mind that help communicate what they are looking for.
From that initial conversation, Marguerite creates a commission agreement document that outlines the commission details, cost, and expectations. Usually there is a $75 deposit to begin the commission that goes toward the final cost.If you have more detailed questions, please contact Marguerite

Yes. I am always happy to work with interior designers who feel my work fits with what they are delivering to their clients. Interior designs get 15% off their first commission, and if future commissions are initiated then Marguerite is happy to develop a working agreement for cost.
